Play by Post (PBP) Access
Cloud 9 Tabletop’s Play-by-Post service is a premium play by post experience available via subscription. To gain access, a user must go to the Cloud 9 Tabletop Donate Bot Site, and purchase a subscription. The bot will then grant the Discord user the appropriate role
Service & Frequency of Post Responses by Dungeon Masters
Players should expect an exceptional D&D campaign experience provided by our Dungeon Masters. Play by post responses by a DM will occur at least once every three days, and are often much more rapid, with back and forth conversation transpiring throughout a given day, time and attention allowing. We also advocate that “real life” comes first and DMs may be away from posts for a few as needed to balance life and family priorities.
Subscription Charges
Subscription charges are billed monthly.
Player Conduct
Cloud 9 Tabletop is a supportive community of D&D gamers. Bullying, defaming, or being a general troll of any kind will not be tolerated. Any players that are deemed intentionally harassing the DM or other players, or is behaving in a way that is overly disruptive for other players be temporarily, or permanently removed from the community play by post at any time, with the full discretion of the play by post Dungeon Master, and / or other Cloud 9 Tabletop staff. Any removal of access.
D&D Beyond Clarification
While we love going to D&D beyond as our go-to digital tool of choice for sourcebooks and official content, any D&D beyond use by Dungeon Masters and players in the Cloud 9 Tabletop is entirely personal.
Refunds
We are excited that you are playing in our campaign and are confident that you will be satisfied with your service. If a player wishes to cancel service within the first 15 days of signing up we will gladly issue a full refund
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your monthly role through PayPal or by contacting us via your dungeon master, you will keep your existing role until the billing cycle ends.
